Will lower 280z approximately 1.5 inch and 240z .75 inch from stock. You will not loose suspension travle since these replace your OEM spring top insulator hat which is much thicker than these camber plates. Your car will be lower with the same suspension travle. See picture comparing stock top hat insulator to these camber plates to see thickness difference.

These camber plates will work with coilovers and stock style suspension (if using stock suspension you will need to modify top spring perch, see pics)
sold as a pair of 2 pieces. will work on front and rear of 240z - 280z
Note: these camber plates come with 12mm bushings and 14mm bushings. You can use them with stock style struts, or newer style struts with 14mm bushings.
The center hole in the middle of the camber plate is 41 mm wide. The center to Center distance from the Allen head bolts is 60 mm apart from Center to Center of each Allen head bolt
last picture shows one way of installing the camper plates with your stock spring perch is to put the bearing In between the Camber plate and the spring perch. This way you retain the use of the wheel bearing, But you will lose Travel.
