The damper can be adjusted to be stiff for track and auto-x, but also can be turned down to be comfortable on bumpy canyon roads.

How to install: Cut and Weld Factory Spindles. Each Bottom Of the Coilover Has Open Tube or Sleeve, Cut Factory shock tube (leave a 2"-2.25" nub of the old shock tube), slide the New Coilover over the old shock tube 2" nub until it hits the base and then weld it. Shock tube diameter is 22MM. Thicker than other Coilover kits. Rear shock total length is 12inch.
Note: Longer spring, shock, and weld on metal tube is for the rear. Short spring, shock, and weld on tube is for the front.
replacement shocks are $200 each special order. Custom valving available for $500 extra. Contact us if interested.
The airbag diameter is 5 inches. This means that you cannot use as wide wheels as you can with our coilover kit. Our coil over kit spring is about 2.5 inches in outside diameter. SoThe airbag will stick towards the wheel 1.25 inches more than a coilover kit .
Thread size for weld on strut tube is m10x1.5
The air pipe that comes out of the airbag female is 1/4 NPT Thread size. Mail thread is 1/8 NPT.
common question: do we recommend for air tank/ compressor system?

You have a few options depending on how much you want to spend and how much weight you want to add to the car.
Cheapest and lightest option is to plumb all 4 airbags to one fill valve and don’t Install a pump or an air tank or an Air management system.
Second cheapest and option is to install a pump.
Third cheapest option is to install a pump and tank
Fourth option is to install a pump, tank, and air management system. With this system you can raise and lower the car on demand anywhere you are. You can also choose to add more psi in the rear so you can tune your spring rates separately from each other with the air management system.

To my knowledge this is the only complete air suspension kit on the market. Will it lay frame? Yes it will and will raise it 3-4” for a comfortable drive. Add in the adjustable dampeners this is a solid kit. I have this is installed on a 73 240.
