Enormous Aluminum 4 piston calipers (44.45mm pistons) 2. 12 inch CNC dimmpled, slotted, vented, Zink plated, and machine balanced rotors 3. DOT approved custom fabricated steel braided brake lines 4. Custom fabricated T6061 aluminum brackets 6. Wilwood brake pads 7. All needed hardware except for the hardware that holds the bracket to your car. We do not supply those bolts and we don’t know what thread they need to be! This is a complete kit Except for bracket Mounting Bolts. There are no other parts needed to complete the installation Except for bracket mounting bolts. Installing is very easy, and can be done in less than two hours. The lightweight Aluminum 4 piston calipers weight only 3.4 pounds and have 44.45mm diameter pistons. These calipers are available in many local auto parts stores, so replacing them is not a problem (part number Wilwood 6815). The vented slotted and dimpled rotors are professionally built with CNC machines, and zinc plated to prevent rusting. They can be bought at any local auto part store. The steel braided brake lines are custom made to fit this brake kit for easy installation. The Aluminum caliper brackets are made of the highest grade of aircraft quality aluminum on the market T6061. These brackets are very light and extremely strong. They will never rust or corrode. You have the choice of getting performance street brake pads or race only pads. I personally have this brake kit on my 620 and it made a big difference, my car now stops on the dime. This brake upgrade is also extremely lightweight; it will help reduce the amount of unstrung weight. This is important since it will allow your suspension to react to road conditions much faster than with heavy cast iron calipers. Your car will handle better and be more predictable. Over all it’s a great brake kit that will make your Z stop faster and better than you could ever imagine!
Note: Requires 15 or 16 inch wheels Minimum. This kit will fit stock 14 inch wheels if you use a 6mm thick wheel spacer and extended wheel studs. Caliper sticks out 13mm or 1/2" past wheel mounting surface. see pics. You will have to machine down the hub diameter 1MM so you can slip the rotor over hubs.
